Deployer une application V005

Format attendu

Uploadez un fichier .tar.gz contenant :

• manifest.json — fiche d'identite de l'application
• app.jar — JAR executable (layout ZIP / PropertiesLauncher)
• Dockerfile — image Docker GraalVM CE 21
• lib/drivers/ — drivers JDBC externes

Si l'application existe deja, elle sera mise a jour (rebuild image + nouveau container).
